Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit of the customs hall, inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name, or company’s logo.
All flight arrival times are being monitored. No matter how long the delay is, your driver will wait for you with NO additional charge.
The driver will wait for 60 minutes before making an announcement at the airport. If still there is no sign of the passenger, then our driver will leave the airport. In case of a simple transfer we need a 12 hour notice. If your reservation is for a tour, for a disposal or for multiple days, we need at least a 48 hour notice. Please notice that if you lost your flight, it is your responsibility to let us know immediately. In case of non show, cancellation fees will apply.
No, all prices are per vehicle.
Yes, between midnight and 06:00, there is an extra night charge.
Our drivers are very well trained and of course familiar with the Greek history. They are able to give you plenty of information, about the sites you want to visit but in no case they can replace the knowledge of a processional tour guide and they cannot come with you inside the archaeological sites or museums.
We accept: Cash, credit cards and money transfer.
If you are travelling with babies / children, we can provide you baby seats for your transfer upon request, with no extra charge.
Tips in Greece are not mandatory. They are left on the clients’ discretion and they are very well accepted. 10-20% of the amount paid for the service is a common rule.
We work all year round, 24/7.
Our prices include car and chauffeur service, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and VAT (current 13%), but they do not include driver’s accommodation in case of an overnight away from Athens.
